Barbara Ann Hinkle

Barbara Ann Hinkle, 74, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 26, 2017. She was born November 13, 1942 in Bristol, Virginia, the daughter of the late Claude Thomas Worley and Bertha Lee Emmertt Worley. Mrs. Hinkle enjoyed dancing and karaoke. She worked for the Bristol Nursing Home, County Miss and Buck Store. She is also preceded in death by her brothers; Robert Wayne, Claude Thomas Jr., Arthur R. and Charlie Joe. She is survived by her son; Junior Mays, brothers; Ricky, Ernie and sister; Judy, 11 grandchildren and special dog; Cookie. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at the First Church of God( 301 Georgia Ave, Bristol, Tennessee.) with Pastor Dwight Marlow officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. The committal and burial will follow in Sharrett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Mike Worley, Roger Canter, Zac Marion, Logon Shipplett, Bill Mullins and Tyler Mullins. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Church of God.
