Anthony Wayne "Loffie" Fields Sr.

Anthony Wayne "Loffie" Fields Sr. , 66, of Church Hill, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021. Wayne was born in Kingsport, TN in 1955 to the late Gale and Francis Fields. He lived in Church Hill, TN all of his life. Wayne was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid outdoors man and loved living life to its fullest. He is preceded in death by his wife and the mother of his children, Stella Fields; parents, Gale and Francis Fields; sister, Helen Good. Left to cherish his memories is his children, Anthony "Tony" Fields Jr.; daughters, Sonia "Lynn" Boggs and husband Clifford; Tonia Smith and husband Lloyd; grandchildren, Nathaniel Sayler, Jessica Mullins, Anthony & Seth Smith, Chandler & Connor Fields, Lillian Bellamy, Matt Boggs, and Courtney Johnson; great grandchildren, Oakland, Bryson, Jayden, Oakley, Lakely, Kamber, Kaisley, Charlie; siblings, Larry Fields, Terry Fields, and Teresa Fields. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 24th at Phipps Bend Freewill Baptist Church (On Highway 11W in Surgoinsville) at 6pm with Pastor Steve Hartley and Pastor Carl Callahon officiating.
