Albert “Bimbo” Clarence Cilley Jr, 56, of Blountville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019.
Albert was born in Queens, NY in 1962. His dad, Albert Sr., was active duty in the Navy and so Albert traveled growing up. He spent most of his life here in the area.
If you ever met Albert you would know he was a loving, caring and simple soul. Always there when you needed him. He especially loved his kids and grand babies. Growing up he was taught the value of a hard days work. He followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Army where he proudly and honorably served for many years. No matter what life gave him, family always came first.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Sr. and Judy Trivette Cilley, of Bristol, VA; and brother, Timothy Ralph Cilley, of Bristol, TN.
Left to cherish his memories is his children, Heather and husband Michael Bolton (Blountville, TN), Chris and wife Carrie Cilley (Kingsport, TN); sisters, Kelly Ferguson, Katrina and husband Ron Chatman, Sundee Cilley, Tracey Cilley, Shannon Cilley, April and husband Dean Foran; grandchildren, Kody Burke, Dalton Burke, Connor Cilley, Caleb Cilley, Kaylee Bolton and Nathan Bolton; and great grandchild, Paxton Malone.
Internment will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City, TN at 1:00 PM. Those wishing to follow in procession should meet at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Hammond Post 3 / Gate City 265.
