Alan Vaughn

Alan Vaughn, 60, of Blountville, TN, went home to be with the Lord on September 5, 2021 after a brief illness. He retired from Eastman after 40 years of service. He spent his time traveling the country and making memories with his beloved wife Kristi. When he was not traveling he spent his time riding his Harley Davidson and visiting with family and friends. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Ethel and Don Wegers and Dallas Vaughn; grandparents, Mona and Wiley Vaughn and Cary and Norma Klump; brother, Doug Vaughn He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Kristi Vaughn; son, Jordan (Brenlie) Thacker; daughter, Rebekah (Matt) McMillan; granddaughter, Rowan Thacker; 3 brothers, Randy (Sharon) Vaughn, Jeff (Jeanne) Vaughn, Dean (Stephanie) Vaughn; 4 sisters, Angie Heeringa, Tina Aguirre, Darla (Mike) Thyng, Abby (Brent) Mullins; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of cousins; special in-laws who loved him like a son Wayne and Judy Larkins; special lifetime friends Steve Smith, Cary Hill, and Greg Taylor A memorial and celebration of his life will be held at a later date Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Vaughn family.
