Zachary James Crumb, 15, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. He was born in Florida on August 4, 2002 to Janet Hager-Crumb and Mark Crumb. Zach was an honor roll student at Sullivan Central High School. His passions included singing in chorus, football, track, fishing, and playing video games on his Xbox. He was best known for his deep singing voice and even participated in all state competition. He dreamed of joining the United States Marine Corps after high school.
Zachary is survived by his mother, Janet Hager-Crumb; father, Mark Crumb; brothers, Anthony and wife, Amanda Hager, and Jeramey Hager; sisters, Rachal and husband, Justin Larkins, Sarah Crumb, Cassondra Crumb; grandparents, Carol and husband, Jim McDuffee, and Charles Rodgers; uncles, Kenny Rodgers, David Garland, and Chris Rodgers; aunt, Rebecca Johnson; several nieces and nephews; and best friend, Caleb Penley.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Blountville United Methodist Church (3390 Tennessee 126, Blountville, TN) from 11am to 1pm. A Celebration of Life will follow with Pastors Susan Arnold and Melissa Malcolm officiating. Graveside will be held at Glenwood Cemetery (Bristol, TN) following the service. Pallbearers will be Caleb Penley, Ryland Dobson, Rachal Hager-Larkins, Jeramey Hager, Anthony Hager, and Justin Larkins.
