Walter Eugene Snodgrass Jr., 33, of Bristol, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018.
Walter was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the late Walter Eugene and Mary Ellen Snodgrass. Walter was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone to help them, he was always friendly and loved by so many. He liked to tinker with electronics and work on cars especially Hondas. Over the years he left a impact on so many with his friendship. His passion though was his children, whom he loved to the moon and back. He faced many obstacles in his life but he overcame so much and became a better man. He is loved and was love to his family. He will be missed greatly.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Eugene Snodgrass, Sr. and Mary Ellen Snodgrass; several grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He is survived his children, Cora Snodgrass, Abby Snodgrass, and Zach Snodgrass; sisters, Elizabeth Leonard, Dottie and husband Richard Thurman, Roxanne and Johnny Watkins, Stefanie and David Bowie; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday January 26th at North Bristol Baptist Church (46 Church Street, Bristol,VA) with Pastor Chris Hodge officiating. The family will gather with friends following the service until 6 p.m.
