Bristol- Sandra Joy Duty, 69, of Pounding Mill, Virginia, passed away June 23, 2017 at Wellmont Hospice House after an extended illness. She was born in California but moved to Pounding Mill later in life. She was of the Christian faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Duty, and a companion, Zane Johnson. Parents, Herman Zachary and Neva Zachary, and a brother, Larry Zachary.
Survivors include her sons, Steve (Tammy) Beck, of Yuba City, California, Rudy Beck, and companion, Tarah Gentry, of Unicoi, Tennessee, and Anthony (Alex) Beck, Gresham, Oregon. Twelve Grandchildren. Six Great Grandchildren. Three Sisters, Stella (Clif) Broderick, Huntsville, Alabama, Sharon Chamberlain, Atwater, California, Dianna Stahl, Vacaville, California. Brother, Ronnie Zachary, Vacaville, California. Two step sons, Darrell Duty (Utah), Danny Duty (Pounding Mill, Va). Several Nieces and Nephews.
Per Sandra’s request, there will be no formal services.
