Rhonda Marquette Hyatt, 58, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Wilcox Hall. She was born in Sullivan County on April 26, 1960 to Robert McArthur Brummitt and Barbara Gerelene Simpson. She was a 1978 graduate from Ketron High School. Rhonda worked at Wal-Mart for 15 years.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Robert (Bob) Brummitt; and brothers, Bobby and Charles (Chuck) Brummitt.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Hyatt, of Kingsport,TN; daughter, Miranda and husband, Mike Fields, of Kingsport, TN; grandchildren, Matthew, Noah and Peyton Fields, all of Kingsport, TN; mother, Barbara Brummitt of Kingsport, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
The family of Rhonda Hyatt will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow with Dr. Terry Simpson officiating. Graveside committal will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at East Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Greg Allen Simpson, Scott Simpson, Tommy Lynn Simpson, Greg Simpson, Jerry Hickman, Dave Hyatt, James Simpson and Dave Bishop.
