Paul Edward Carter, 50, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at his residence.

He leaves behind his son, Adam; daughter, Hannah; sister, Pam; nephew, Ronnie; niece, Jennie; and plenty more of cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN) from 4-5:00 PM.
