Orrin Julian Tiffany, 84, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 19, 2017.
Orrin was born in Norwich, New York in 1933. He served in the US Army and received Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Meritorious Unit Commendation. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, gardening, cooking, and driving trucks. Orrin also worked more recently at Burger King as a night man and a security guard. He traveled in the James H. Drew Expedition in 1989 for a year with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Irma Tiffany; 2 brothers and a sister.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Connie Tiffany; son, Albert and wife Beteice Tiffany, Earl Tiffany and fiance Becky Mayse, Allen Tiffany; daughters, Twannia and husband Michael Young, Priscilla Tiffany and fiance Josh Parris, Trina Tiffany, Sherry Tiffany, Lori Tiffany and fiance Justus Cooley; grand children, Tyler Tiffany, Jonathan Tiffany, Benjamin Tiffany, Autumn Grace Green, Michael Ethan Young, Makala Cheynne Young; and his three faithful dogs.
Receiving of family and friends to be held at Trinity Memorial on Wednesday August 23rd from 5-7pm. A funeral service will follow at 7pm with First Baptist Church Chaplain John Haynes officiating. Private military graveside service will take place at Mountain Home VA National Cemetery with American Legion Post 3/265 Honor Guard.
