Michael “Mike” David Kramer, 55, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Mike was born in Middletown, Ohio where he grew up at the Trenton Church of the Nazarene. He studied the Bible and accepted Christ. He met his wife at Trevecca Nazarene College. They were married in 1982 and started a family. In 1989 they moved to Mt Carmel, Tennessee.
Mike loved his family, his Savior, and his neighbors. He had an amazing sense of humor. He followed his Savior’s command to love your neighbors by caring for those in the neighborhood with random acts of kindness. He raised his children with his same passion for Christ and loving others. Mike enjoyed taking his kids to Nascar races, traveling with his family, riding motorcycles, and recently, was blessed with grandkids, whom he spoiled.
Visitation with the family will be held at 5pm on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Southview Community Church of the Nazarene (1235 Moreland Dr, Kingsport, TN). A Celebration of Life will follow at 6pm with Pastor Bill Willis officiating.
