Donna Mariea Howie, 58, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Donna grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee on Warpath Drive and was a graduate of Ketron Highschool. Donna loved to ride motorcycles. She also loved to be outdoors especially camping and fishing. Donna loved to watch hummingbirds. She loved to cook for her family. She loved animals especially her dog Lucy. Most of all she loved her grandbabies.
She is preceded in death by her parents Grady Bloomer and Maxi Rhodes-Bloomer; sister Beulah Roller; her nephew Robbie Thompson; niece Sandra Lincoln; beloved distant relative Lou Hobbs; as well as her very close friends Kathy Cole and Chuckie Thomas.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 27 years Joseph Howie; her son Josh and wife Kayla Chambers; her grandchildren Bryan and Dorian Chambers; her brother Robin and wife Martha Thompson; her sister Sandy and husband Pete Cole; sister Wendy Johnson; her niece Jenny Thompson; very close friend Terry Cole, as well as his children David and Ashley Cole; and David and Ashley Cole’s children Dexter and Archer; as well as the Premier family, Triad Towing and Triad Freightliner family; her biker and wrecker friends; and her Highland friends.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the women at the cancer center who provided wonderful care for Donna.
A celebration of Donna’s beautiful life will be held on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 from 5pm-7pm. The service will begin at 6:30pm.
